I discovered Yoga while honing a career in the performing arts as a dancer, actor, stage director and theatre teacher. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 yrs and have been teaching Vinyasa, Restorative and Prananyama since 2019. My practice started off as just another to move my body through space and get in shape. It wasn’t until years later that I discovered what a vital role Yoga was playing in my mental and spiritual health. It helped me find and maintain balance through losing my mother to Alzheimer. Yoga is my sanctuary.
This practice is where I come to find peace of mind, physical health and an overall sense of well being. It brings me joy to share this practice with others and witness the transformation within them.

Christiane is an excellent Yoga instructor who prepares for her session but is always flexible to adapt to the students needs of the moment. Oftentimes I was unaware of certain muscle tightness, but with her skill & knowledge of poses, etc. my muscles are able to “let go”.
